i just need to vent.
school. i hate it.
i was looking foward to this semester, mostly because of several classes that i thought i was going to love... heres what im taking: spanish. hate it. asian politics. hate it. constitutional law. surprisingly one of my faves...taking the least amount of effort. the middle ages (a history class). love the content, but the test are essay test and require about 200 pages of reading. i got a c on the first test. im just horrible at writing essays, especially when i cant write it, read it, correct it, and rewrite. and lastly photography. love it. but hate it. here's why...

sunday i went to develop my film in the lab for an assignment due on wednesday... well apparently im not too good at winding film in complete darkness, because when i took the film off the roll almost every picture was messed up in one way or another. so i thought, well i'll reshoot it on monday then develop and print on tuesday. in case you didnt look outside either day, the weather sucked. needless to say, today i turned in two pictures that i am absolutely ashamed of. ashamed. so im going to be redoing that assignment while getting ready for the next assignment. i never imagined how hard it would be to imagine things in black and white when you are taking pictures. im too attached to digital. instant gratification.

its just getting to that point of the semester when everything is due at the same time. im pretty sure i have this breakdown at least once every semester, but it's just so frustrating. one more semester of this and im done.. december can not get here fast enough.
