customer: "this is the fourth time i've called and can't get anybody. your customer service over the phone is horrible. i hate to say it, but it stinks."
me: "you stink." "kiss my ass." "maybe you should call when we're not busy." "i apologize, i forgot you're the only customer that matters." "i apologize, sir, could i have somebody call you back? unfortunately when we have a lot of customers at the counter, it's hard for the guys to get the phone."
